Distinguish problems that could affect your use of the home from adjustments that can wait until another visit. Whether work can be carried out before your arrival must be confirmed based on its scope, available access and the materials needed.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a visit before my arrival cost?
A scheduled visit costs 65 €, including the first hour; each additional hour costs 45 €. If you need an urgent call-out, the rate is 85 €, also including the first hour. These amounts exclude VAT.
Do I need to be present while the work is carried out?
Not necessarily, but access arrangements must be expressly agreed with you or your representative. Before the visit, it is agreed who will provide access and who will be consulted on decisions about the work.
What other costs should I consider?
Materials are charged at cost plus 15 %. There is no travel charge within the M-30, and travel beyond that boundary and up to the M-40 costs 20 €. These amounts exclude VAT; the technical scope is agreed before work begins.
