Distinguish preventive checks from repairs
The quarterly preventive check costs 45 € per flat, excluding VAT. Its scope is agreed before the visit; if a repair is needed, the work and its cost are agreed separately, rather than assumed to be included in the check.

Access and communication procedures are agreed in advance with the owner or the person responsible for managing the property. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, every day, although it is advisable to book preventive checks between guest stays.

- Is preventive maintenance only for luxury flats?
- No. The service is for both standard and luxury holiday flats in Madrid. Preparation for the visit should take account of each property's use, known issues and particular features.
- How much does work outside the check cost?
- A scheduled call-out costs 65 € and an urgent call-out costs 85 €, both including the first hour. Each additional hour costs 45 €, and materials are charged at cost plus 15 %; all these prices exclude VAT.
- Is there a travel charge to check the flat?
- There is no travel charge within the M-30. For travel beyond the M-30 and up to the M-40, the charge is 20 €, excluding VAT; send the address via WhatsApp when requesting the check.
