- Do you work for private owners or only managers?
- Both. Most of our work is short-let and mid-term flats, but we take one-off jobs in main homes and second residences.
- Do I have to be at home?
- Usually yes, but we also work with a deposited key or key box, messaging when we go in and out.
- Do you do renovations?
- We look at each case. Full building works and whole-flat painting are out; anything else we assess and tell you plainly.
