We agree what will be assessed and quoted, rather than applying a single-flat rate to an entire building.

Interiors and exteriors
We address maintenance needs inside and outside buildings. To assess a job, we need the location, photographs and access conditions. The quote identifies the areas and feasible work included; it does not assume a full refurbishment or work at height without a specific assessment.
High-value buildings and delicate finishes
Materials and finishes affect how work is carried out. Tell us about antique joinery, natural stone, marble or high-value elements. Property care and access conditions are agreed before work starts, in standard and premium buildings alike.
Prevention and repairs with a clear scope
Recurring faults and one-off repairs call for different planning. Group known issues, explain which affect the use of the building and share available background information. Work and prices are confirmed in writing; needs identified beyond the agreed scope are assessed separately.

No. We maintain standard and high-value buildings with the same care and a scope tailored to their needs.
How much does comprehensive building maintenance cost?
There is no single building rate. The quote depends on the areas, property condition, requested frequency and agreed work. The per-flat rates on this website are not a maintenance contract for an entire building.
Is all exterior work included?
Exterior needs are assessed individually. The quote must confirm the scope and access conditions; facade refurbishment or a full renovation is not automatically included.
