Shared spaces needing attention

A fault in a shared area can affect several residents. Identify the location, the problem and its impact on use. We address technical needs in entrance halls, corridors and other shared spaces within the agreed scope, distinguishing communal repairs from work inside a private home.

Our main service area is inside Madrid's M-30. Send the address so coverage and call-out conditions can be confirmed before accepting the job.

Technical maintenance with defined services

Electrics, plumbing, carpentry and surface care are catalogue specialities that may be relevant to the community. Each job is assessed according to the installation and its condition. Technical maintenance does not imply that cleaning, gardening or statutory lift maintenance is included.

Coordinating with the community

Before work begins, we agree a contact person, authorised areas and access. If the request is managed by the residents' representative or property administrator, gather photographs and issues into a single request. Scope and price are confirmed in writing, and the job is documented with a photo report.

Standard and high-value shared spaces

We take the same care in functional shared areas and spaces with high-value materials. Tell us about marble, stone, joinery or delicate elements, and the community's requirements. Interior and exterior needs are assessed without assuming work beyond the quote is included.

Frequently asked questions

Can a property administrator request the service?

Yes. A property administrator or the community's representative can coordinate the request. Contact details, authorised areas and work conditions are agreed before the visit.

Do you maintain standard residential communities?

Yes. The service is not limited to luxury properties: we look after standard and high-value communities and shared areas, inside and out.

Is there a fixed community maintenance fee?

A fee or price is assessed based on needs and requested frequency. The published per-flat plan for property portfolios does not automatically apply to communal areas.
