What to do until we arrive

Do not force the key: a snapped key inside makes the repair harder.
Do not spray household oil into the cylinder; it clogs the mechanism.
If the guest is outside, send us their number and we confirm a time with them directly.
Photograph the lock and the cylinder brand.
