- How do I stop the water while you arrive?
- Close the small valve next to the toilet. If it will not turn, do not force it; close the mains and tell us.
- Can a concealed cistern be repaired?
- Yes, when the mechanism is accessible through the flush plate. Send a photo of the plate and brand if visible.
- Do you bring the mechanism?
- With an internal or flush-plate photo we try to identify it first. It is billed at supplier cost + 15%, with receipt.
