A blocked sink or toilet can stop a whole flat. Most are cleared by removing the trap and rodding on a single visit; only stack blockages need heavier equipment. These are our Madrid rates.

Guide prices exclude VAT and are current for 2026 in central Madrid. Labour is included; materials are billed separately at supplier cost. No travel charge inside the M-30. We always confirm the final price on WhatsApp before travelling.

- Do you use chemicals?
- We avoid them: they damage the old waste pipes common in Madrid. We dismantle and rod instead.

- We tell you with photos so you can claim it from the building manager, and only charge the visit made.
