How much it costs to change a tap in Madrid

A dripping tap or a loose mixer is a single-visit job. What moves the price is access under the sink, the state of the isolating valves and whether hoses need replacing. These are our Madrid rates.

Guide prices exclude VAT and are current for 2026 in central Madrid. Labour is included; materials are billed separately at supplier cost. No travel charge inside the M-30. We always confirm the final price on WhatsApp before travelling.
What changes the price
- Urgent (€85) versus scheduled visit (€65).
- Whether seized isolating valves have to be replaced.
- Wall-mounted or concealed taps take longer than deck-mounted ones.
- Whether you use the visit to check the rest of the flat's water points.

- Do you buy the tap?
- We can buy it and bill it at cost with the supplier invoice, or fit one you already have.
- Can it be done between check-out and check-in?
- Yes. It is a single-visit job and we prioritise the 11:00 to 15:00 window.
- What if the problem is water pressure, not the tap?
- We check it on the same visit and tell you what is happening before replacing anything.
