A broken strap and a slipped axle are the two classic shutter faults in rental flats. Almost all are fixed without replacing the whole shutter. These are our Madrid rates.

Guide prices exclude VAT and are current for 2026 in central Madrid. Labour is included; materials are billed separately at supplier cost. No travel charge inside the M-30. We always confirm the final price on WhatsApp before travelling.

- Whether you have every shutter in the flat checked on the same visit.

- Is it worth repairing or replacing?
- If the slats are sound, repair is far cheaper. We tell you with photos before touching anything.
- Can you check several shutters at once?
- Yes, and it works out cheaper: the first hour is included and the rest is billed on actual time.
- Do you work on motorised shutters?
- We diagnose and fix common motor and remote faults; if an out-of-warranty motor needs replacing we quote it separately.
