Guide prices exclude VAT and are current for 2026 in central Madrid. Labour is included; materials are billed separately at supplier cost. No travel charge inside the M-30. We always confirm the final price on WhatsApp before travelling.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a minimum charge for a ten-minute job?
- Yes, the minimum is the first hour, used or not. It is what makes a four-hour response possible.
- Is there a night or holiday surcharge?
- It is agreed on WhatsApp beforehand and the exact amount is given before we travel. It never appears later on the invoice.
- Do you work for buildings?
- We work inside the flat. If the cause is a stack or a shared element, we document it with photos for the building manager.
