Guide prices exclude VAT and are current for 2026 in central Madrid. Labour is included; materials are billed separately at supplier cost + 15%. No travel charge inside the M-30. We always confirm the final price on WhatsApp before travelling.

- What should I do while you arrive?
- Keep guests and pets away, do not pull embedded shards and wear closed shoes. Send photos without approaching the edge.
- Do you replace full shower screens?
- We assess it. If bespoke glass is needed, it is measured and quoted with a specialist.
- Can you leave the flat safe the same day?
- Yes. The emergency visit aims to remove the risk and protect the area temporarily where possible.
