Jammed or broken blind in a Madrid flat
No blind, no sleep, and the review shows it.
Roller shutters are the most repeated breakdown in high-turnover flats: used twice a day, every day. We repair straps, winders, shafts, slats and motors inside the M-30, usually in a single visit.

Common cases
- The strap has snapped or come off the winder.
- The shutter rises crooked or jams halfway.
- Slats hanging, cracked or out of the guide rail.
- The motor hums but the shutter does not move.
- The remote does not respond or the end stops are out of adjustment.
What we do
- Replace strap, winder and spring.
- Replace or refit slats and end stops.
- Adjust guide rails, shafts and bearings.
- Check motor, remote and end stops.
- Lubricate and run a full up-and-down test.
What to do until we arrive
- Do not force it up: more slats can come out of the rail.
- Leave the shutter where it stopped.
- Send photos of the box, the strap and the whole window.
- Tell us if it is manual or motorised, and the motor brand if visible.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a shutter take?
- A strap or winder is done inside the included first hour. A shaft or a motor may need a part ordered; we confirm with a quote the same day.
- Can you do several shutters in one visit?
- Yes, and it works out cheaper: the first hour is included and the rest is billed in blocks, all itemised in the report.
- Is it covered by the flat rate?
- Yes. The €30 per flat per month rate includes one job of up to an hour, and a shutter usually fits comfortably.
