When a claim stalls, information is usually what is missing. We carry out a technical visit at the property and deliver an ordered report with photographs that insurers, handlers, brokers or the policyholder can use to decide the next step without argument.

What the report includes

Instruction details: address, date, arrival time and claim reference.
The condition found, described in plain language.
Overview and close-up photographs with the damage identified.
Apparent cause and anything that could not be checked without opening up.
Work carried out, materials used and time on site.
Outstanding work with an estimated scope for authorisation.

Processing without repeat visits

A complete report avoids a second visit purely to take photographs or confirm a measurement.

Separating responsibilities

We distinguish damage to the home, to the neighbour and to communal elements, with images of each.

Supporting a claim

A policyholder can submit the report to their insurer when they disagree with the assessment received.

Scheduled visit: €65 including the first hour. Urgent call-out: €85. Additional hour: €45. Materials at cost plus 15%, with the supplier invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

No travel charge inside the M-30; €20 up to the M-40.

It is not an official loss adjustment or an assessment of policy cover.
We do not issue regulatory certificates.
