We acknowledge receipt, arrange the visit and document diagnosis, work, materials and outcome.

If work exceeds a minor repair or needs building work or a registered specialist, we report it before extending scope.

Clear rates

The price, before we continue.

Scheduled visit: €65 including the first hour. Urgent call-out: €85. Additional hour: €45. Materials at cost plus 15%, with the supplier invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

No travel charge inside the M-30; €20 up to the M-40.

Do you work with every insurer?
We can work with any insurer, broker, intermediary or assistance company that appoints and authorises us. We do not claim existing agreements with every insurer.
What instructions do you accept?
First response and minor plumbing, electrical, locksmith and handyman repairs, within the agreed scope and our capabilities.
How is a claim documented?
With a digital report, description of findings, before-and-after photographs, materials used and any additional work requiring authorisation.
