What we solve on the first visit

Visible leaks: isolation, replacement of hoses, taps, traps and mechanisms.
Accessible blockages in sinks, basins, showers and toilets.
Loss of power in one area, tripping breakers and damaged fittings.
Forced locks, cylinders and doors that no longer close securely.
Broken glass, jammed blinds and anything creating a hazard.
Temporary containment when the permanent repair needs authorisation.

Instruction received

We need the address, policyholder contact, cause of call-out, claim reference and authorised scope.

Appointment arranged

We call the policyholder, agree a time slot and confirm the appointment to the handler on your usual channel.

Documented closure

We send diagnosis, before-and-after photos, materials, time on site and any work awaiting authorisation.

The price, before we continue.

Scheduled visit: €65 including the first hour. Urgent call-out: €85. Additional hour: €45. Materials at cost plus 15%, with the supplier invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

No travel charge inside the M-30; €20 up to the M-40.

Scope and limits

We cover Madrid city and the nearby metropolitan area.
Reconstruction work or jobs requiring a registered specialist are referred or flagged first.
We do not assess cover or decide whether a claim is covered: that is the insurer's decision.
We can work with any organisation that appoints and authorises us; we do not claim existing agreements with every insurer.
