Chips, grout, polishing and surface treatment
Repair and upkeep of ceramic, marble, granite, terrazzo, microcement and natural stone: small damage solved on site, without lifting the floor or closing the property for a week.
What is included
- Chips and impacts on worktops, steps, sills and edges.
- Colour matching and filling with hand-tinted two-part resins.
- Grout: raking out, regrouting and sanitary sealing in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Hollow or cracked tiles: spot replacement with a compatible piece.
- Local polishing, buffing and crystallisation of marble and terrazzo.
- Water-repellent and anti-stain treatments on porous stone and microcement.
Materials and equipment
- Epoxy and polyester resins pigmented to the exact stone tone.
- Grout mortars and neutral silicones in the selected colour.
- Diamond abrasives and professional polishing pastes.
- Penetrating water-repellent and anti-stain sealers for natural stone.
- Chip repair: 1-2 hours plus curing.
- Regrouting a bathroom: 3-5 hours.
- Loose tile replacement: 1.5-3 hours plus setting.
- Local marble polishing: 2-4 hours per area.

Indicative prices, VAT not included, first hour of labour included. Additional hour €45. Materials at cost + 15% with the supplier invoice. No call-out charge inside the M-30; €20 up to the M-40. The final price is confirmed in writing before we start.
We do not tile or lay floors throughout a property, nor carry out full-surface polishing with heavy machinery. On historic stone we assess first and say clearly when a specialist restorer is the right call.
