Adjustment and repair of quality joinery: solid and lacquered doors, concealed hardware, bespoke wardrobes, parquet and wood flooring, plus mouldings and skirtings in high-end homes.
What is included
- Doors that catch, will not close or sit out of line: hinge, gap and latch adjustment.
- Concealed and premium hardware: replacement and lubrication without marking the wood.
- Bespoke wardrobes: sliders, runners, soft-close and misaligned fronts.
- Parquet and wood flooring: lifted boards, creaks, regluing and spot replacement.
- Skirtings, mouldings and jambs: replacement with an invisible finish.
- Local touch-ups in varnish, lacquer and wax on fine surfaces.
Materials and equipment
- Premium hardware (Blum, Hettich, Hafele) compatible with the existing unit.
- Wood glues, waxes and fast-drying water-based lacquers.
- Boards and mouldings matched by grain and tone to the rest of the home.
- Floor protection, dust extraction while sanding and a final clean.
- Door adjustment: 45-90 minutes.
- Wardrobe front or slider correction: 1-2 hours.
- Spot parquet repair: 1.5-3 hours.
- Skirting or moulding replacement: 1-2 hours per run.

Indicative prices, VAT not included, first hour of labour included. Additional hour €45. Materials at cost + 15% with the supplier invoice. No call-out charge inside the M-30; €20 up to the M-40. The final price is confirmed in writing before we start.
We do not manufacture bespoke furniture for new builds, sand and revarnish a whole flat's parquet, or repaint an entire property.
