Maintenance of the home's technology layer: guest access locks, motorised blinds and curtains, lighting scenes and connected thermostats that simply have to work, with no explanations needed.
What is included
- Electronic locks and key safes: batteries, codes, syncing and access logs.
- Motorised blinds and curtains: motors, limit switches, remotes and schedules.
- Lighting scenes and dimmers: reprogramming and module replacement.
- Connected thermostats and room-by-room climate control.
- Home Wi-Fi: access points, repeaters and a separate guest network.
- Installed door entry and access cameras, always respecting private areas.
Materials and equipment
- Locks and modules from proven brands (Nuki, Yale, Somfy, Shelly, Netatmo).
- Long-life batteries and motorisation spare kits.
- Certified cabling and power supplies.
- Labelling and code documentation handed to the owner or manager.
- Electronic lock setup: 1-1.5 hours.
- Blind motor replacement: 1.5-2.5 hours per opening.
- Lighting scene reprogramming: 1-2 hours.
- Wi-Fi reinforcement with an access point: 1.5-2 hours.

Indicative prices, VAT not included, first hour of labour included. Additional hour €45. Materials at cost + 15% with the supplier invoice. No call-out charge inside the M-30; €20 up to the M-40. The final price is confirmed in writing before we start.
We do not develop bespoke proprietary smart-home systems or take on third-party platform licences. We do not install cameras inside guest areas.
